Here is what Robert Meachem has to say about the Freelife products GoChi Juice, Chi3 Energy Drink and Acti-flex for joint support.
“GoChi tastes great and the results are rapid and very beneficial to my body. After a long, hard day of training I am able to rest better at night. I also have more energy and my recovery period during my workouts is much shorter than before. I will continue to take GoChi during my off-season and mid-season programs to keep me feeling great.”

Wide Receiver Robert Meachem was selected as the 27th pick in the 2007 draft by the New Orleans Saints.

A graduate of Booker T. Washington High School, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Meachem was named a high school All-American by Parade and SuperPrep reporting services. Meachem went on to attend the University of Tennessee in the South Eastern Conference (SEC), where he garnered rave reviews, and had what was considered his breakout year in 2006, earning an all SEC, consensus All-American selection.

In 2007, Meachem decided to skip his senior season and enter the pro football draft.

Cherry Cherries one of 21 SuperFoods in Freelife Jiaogulan Tonic

Sunday, December 20th, 2009

As I look at each of the 21 super fruits – nutrients in the Freelife Jule of the Orient Jiaogulan tonic, I’m amazed at the interest in natural fruits and nutrition on various blogs and websites. Here we’re going to take a look at the cherry. The more I looked into the cherry the more I’ve become impressed with its nutritional value. I continue to find what I am discovering about each of the nutrients more and more fascinating. This Jule of the Orient truly is quite an outstanding product.
cherries cherry
Everyone’s familiar with the cherry but did you know that the cherry was very high in antioxidants. Tart cherries, (as either dried, frozen, or cherry juice), have among the highest levels of very valuable antioxidants, as compared to other fruits. Cherries also contain important nutrients such as vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, iron, fiber and folate. Cherries are contain 19 times more beta carotene than blueberries or strawberries.

Cherries have a very high ORAC antioxidant score – here are some of the ORAC score levels for a serving of various types of cherries:

* Cherry Juice Concentrate: 12,800 ORAC units
* Dried Cherries: 6,800 ORAC units
* Frozen Cherries: 2,033 ORAC units
* Canned Cherries: 1,700 ORAC units

Cherries derive their much of their antioxidant power from the powerful anthocyanins contained in cherries. These anthocyanins provide the distinctive red color and may hold the key to the cheery’s many health benefits. The rich, red pigments that give cherries their color are a type of phytonutrient known as flavonoids, which have been linked to a variety of health benefits.

Scientific studies have shown that anthocyanins in cherries help the body to respond to inflammation by blocking the actions of cycloxygenase-1 and 2 enzymes.

Tart cherries especially, are exceptionally rich in many health promoting flavonoid poly phenolic anti-oxidants such as lutein, zeaxanthin and beta carotene. These antioxidant nutrients act as protective scavengers against harmful free radicals that play a role in aging.

Here is something I found surprising to learn. Cherries contain melatonin and are one of the very few foods that contain it. Melatonin is a potent antioxidant produced naturally by the body’s pineal gland that helps regulate biorhythm and natural sleep patterns. Eating cherries can help you get to sleep faster and also ease jet lag.

A University of Michigan study shows a cherry-enriched diet may help lower body fat (especially belly fat), reduce weight, and support heart health.

Cherries have also been shown to provide excellent joint health support.

New Frankincense Joint Health Product Plus TAIslim Info.

Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

There’s a New sheriff in town as far as Joint Health products are concerned. Acti-Flex is the biggest and baddest joint health product available today. Actually it’s the latest in joint health nutrition research, and it just works better than other products.

Your joints are the body parts most vulnerable to wear and tear, so it’s no wonder that joint-related pain is such a widespread problem, affecting an estimated 46 million adults in the United States.

Unlike other joint supplements that can take weeks or months to give relief, Acti-Flex goes to work right away giving relief to stiff joints and aching muscles. It’s unique formula combines only the most-effective, scientifically supported natural ingredients, and delivers them to your body in the exact potencies recommended by the latest research, including:

3-acetyl-11-keto-beta-Boswellic acid (AKBBA) - The name may sound chemical, but AKBBA is an all-natural component of the resin of the boswellia plant, which has been used traditionally to provide joint comfort and ease of motion since antiquity (boswellia is the frankincense of the Bible).

Hyaluronan (soluble hyaluronic acid) - In joints, hyaluronic acid is a primary component of synovial fluid, which lubricates and reduces friction between bones, reducing wear and tear to promote healthy joint movement and maximum joint comfort.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) - MSM is a natural source of sulfur that supports the structural integrity of joint cartilage, and helps to maintain the elasticity and flexibility of tendons and ligaments.

Gingerols - One of the best-researched natural aids for healthy joint and muscle function, the key to ginger’s action is found in its potent gingerols.
