It boggles my mind some of the products being sold to help people lose weight. Because of the nature of most of those products I can pretty safely predict that over 99% of the people who lose weight on those products will gain the weight right back.

There really are only two ways to effectively lose weight and keep it off.
The first method is to drastically change ones eating, exercise and lifestyle habits.
