Professional Athletes Using GoChi Goji Juice (NFL,WNBA)

Sunday, October 5th, 2008

Okay I know what you’re thinking because it’s so often true. Each of these players above are being paid to endorse GoChi Goji Juice. Sorry to disappoint you but Freelife just doesn’t pay anyone for endorsements. Their philosophy is -if we have to pay someone to pitch our product than what good is that endorsement. So this take a look at these professional athletes, two of which are retired.

Ricky Jackson – A Super Bowl Champion and a six-time Pro Bowl selection (1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1992, 1993), Jackson recorded 10 or more sacks in six different seasons and led the NFL in fumble recoveries in 1990 and 1991.

At the time of his retirement, his 28 defensive fumble recoveries were the second most in NFL history behind Jim Marshall’s 29. Here’s what Ricky has to say about GoChi Goji Juice:

“Life after football has been good to me, but never as good as it has been since being introduced to GoChi! I have been drinking this amazing product for a relatively short period of time, but the results have been rapid and very beneficial to my body. I feel healthier than I have in a long time and the taste is outstanding! I spend my leisure time on the golf course, and recently, I feel I could play all day long thanks to GoChi!”

Nykesha Sales – She played college basketball for UConn and won an NCAA title there in 1995. In the 1997-98 season, she was named to the All-American first team, Defensive Player of the Year, and also the BIG EAST Player of the Year. She was also named to the 1996-97 and 1997-98 Kodak All-America teams.

In professional ball she helped lead her team to the WNBA Finals in 2004 and 2005. As of 2005, Sales is a 6-time WNBA All-Star.

Here’s what Nykesha Sales has to say about GoChi Goji Juice.

“I am so excited to join the FreeLife Family and even more excited that I have been introduced to this wonderful product– GoChi. Since I started drinking GoChi, I have noticed I have more energy and stamina during my workouts, which is vital to my profession. I have also been getting a better night’s sleep. GoChi is extremely beneficial to me and my success as a professional athlete.”

George Rogers -Great Running Back – Winner of the 1980 Heisman Trophy at South Carolina. He was the first player selected in the 1981 NFL Draft and was not only the Rookie of the Year but led the NFL in Rushing in 1981. Selected to the Pro Bowl he also won a Super Bowl with the Washington Redskins in 1988.

Here’s what George has to say about GoChi Goji Juice.

“I could not be more thankful for GoChi. I have been an advocate of FreeLife for more than a year, beginning with Himalayan Goji Juice. Just when I thought the product could not get any better, FreeLife launched GoChi! Since the arrival of this incredible super juice, I have noticed an even greater change in my daily life. I feel more energetic throughout the day than ever before, and I rest peacefully at night. Most of my discomfort from my playing days are gone, and I am able to get more accomplished because I feel so good.”

Experience what these athletes have discovered – Himalayan Goji GoChi Juice just plain works.

Chi3 GoChi Energy Drink Truly a Great Health Drink

Monday, September 29th, 2008

Here is some food for thought for you to digest as you go to sleep tonight.
Chi3 GoChi Juice energy drink
This new Chi3 Energy Drink may be more of a health drink than an energy drink and certainly much more than I originally had thought. Sure it’s much more healthy than traditional energy drinks that are simply loaded with sugar and caffeine. I mean the last I checked I wasn’t hearing the experts claiming we needed more sugar in our diet.

Here’s the rationale behind why the Chi3 Energy Drink is even more of a health drink than originally thought. Consider this:

There is little doubt today that stress leads to health problems. With all that’s going on today with the economy many people are worried about jobs and more. As you may know worry leads to stress and as we just stated stress can lead to health problems.

So how can Chi3 be claimed as a health drink? I’ll ask you a question, what’s one of the best ways to eliminate worry? The answer is to develop more confidence, confidence simply squelches negative thoughts.

And how do we develop more confidence? The best way is through performance and accomplishment and that is what Chi3 Energy Drink is all about. Not only does it provide you more consistent energy without the sugar crash but it helps you really focus for all around better performance no matter what you might be doing.

Question – can any of us afford to be at less than our best performance in today’s financial climate when our job and income is very well riding on our focus and performance? Do we want to gamble that it does not matter?

Healthy Eating Tips, Foods, Weight, Lifestyle with GoChi Goji Juice

Thursday, September 18th, 2008

If you’re like most people, you’re probably looking for ways to look and feel your best. The following tips from the U.S. Government’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will not only help you to look better and feel better, but they can also help you to reduce your risk of developing long-term serious health problems.

  • Eat healthy. What you eat and drink and what you don’t eat and drink can definitely make a difference to your health. Eating five or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day and less saturated fat can help improve your health and may reduce many health risks. Have a balanced diet, and watch how much you eat.
  • Keep a healthy weight. Obesity is at an all-time high in the United States and Canada, and the epidemic may be getting worse. Those who are overweight or obese have increased risks for diseases and conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. Eat better, get regular exercise, and see your healthcare provider about any health concerns to make sure you are on the right track to staying healthy.
  • Get moving. More than 50 percent of American men and women do not get enough physical activity to provide health benefits. For adults, 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on most, preferably all, days of the week is recommended. It doesn’t take a lot of time or money, but it does take commitment. Start slowly, work up to a satisfactory level, and don’t overdo it. You can develop one routine, or you can do something different every day. Find fun ways to stay in shape and feel good, such as dancing, gardening, cutting the grass, swimming, walking, or jogging.
  • Be smoke-free. Health concerns associated with smoking include cancer and lung disease. Smoking triples the risk of dying from heart disease among those who are middle-aged. Second-hand smoke smoke that you inhale when others smoke also affects your health. If you smoke, quit today! Help lines, counseling, medications, and other forms of support are available to help you quit.
  • Get routine exams and screenings. Sometimes they’re once a year. Other times they’re more or less often. Based on your age, health history, lifestyle, and other important issues, you and your healthcare provider can determine how often you need to be examined and screened for certain diseases and conditions. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, and cancers of the skin, prostate, and colon. When problems are found early, your chances for treatment and cure are better. Routine exams and screenings can help save lives.
  • Manage stress. Perhaps now more than ever before, job stress poses a threat to the health of workers and, in turn, to the health of organizations. Balancing obligations to your employer and your family can be challenging. What’s your stress level today? Protect your mental and physical health by engaging in activities that help you manage your stress at work and at home.
  • Know yourself and your risks. Your parents and ancestors help determine some of who you are. Your habits, work and home environments, and lifestyle also help to define your health and your risks. You may be at an increased risk for certain diseases or conditions because of what you do, where you work, and how you play. Being healthy means doing some homework, knowing yourself, and knowing what’s best for you … because you are one of a kind.
  • Be safe – protect yourself. What comes to mind when you think about safety and protecting yourself? Is it fastening seat belts, applying sunscreen, wearing helmets, or having smoke detectors? It’s all of these and more. It’s everything from washing your hands to watching your relationships. Did you know that men at work die most frequently from motor vehicle incidents, machine-related injuries, homicides, and falls? Take steps to protect yourself and others wherever you are.
  • Be good to yourself. Health is not merely the absence of disease; it’s a lifestyle. Whether it’s getting enough sleep, relaxing after a stressful day, or enjoying a hobby, it’s important to take time to be good to yourself. Take steps to balance work, home, and play. Pay attention to your health, and make healthy living a part of your life.

To these great lifestyle tips, we’d like to add two recommendations that we believe will help you tremendously in your quest for vibrant good health:

  • Get an edge in the fight against aging with Daily Edge™. More than a mere multivitamin, Daily Edge is a major breakthrough in cellular nutrition. Sharper Mental Focus Toughness, Concentration Goji and GoChi Juice

Friday, September 5th, 2008

How many times has this happened to you? It’s a special occasion, and you’ve somehow managed to secure reservations at the hottest restaurant in town. You’re full of happy anticipation as you drive along the freeway and then suddenly, for no apparent reason, traffic slows to a crawl. After creeping along for what seems like hours, you finally reach the source of the slowdown: a minor “fender bender” in the opposite lanes of traffic. For some reason, hundreds of your fellow drivers had become so distracted by this that they lost focus and concentration, and as a result, you’ve lost your precious dinner reservations!

Life certainly provides plenty of distractions, and as the above scenario illustrates, it can be very easy to lose focus. But how do you explain not being able to concentrate when you’re sitting at home or in your office with no outside distractions, and yet you still can’t seem to finish a task that you’ve started? The inability to focus or concentrate affects even the most disciplined of people (with the possible exception of the superhuman Tiger Woods). Here are some reasons why you might be having trouble staying in sharp focus:

Inadequate sleep: Many experts recommend 7 to 9 hours of restful sleep daily, and even more for growing kids. And yet, more than 60 million people in the United States experience sleep-related complaints. Many poor sleepers don’t know that they have a problem because their bodies have adjusted. Your body may be willing, but you can’t fool your brain. Brain fatigue will rob you of the focus and concentration you need to perform at your peak.

Boredom or lack of interest: Your concentration may be fading simply because you just aren’t interested enough in what you’re supposed to be concentrating on. It can be pretty difficult to muster up enthusiasm for plugging endless numbers into a spreadsheet, or for attacking your daily chores.

Stress and frustration: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by difficult or worrisome issues, it can be almost impossible to zone in on one task without being distracted by the weight of your other unfinished business.

Medical causes: Talk to your doctor if you suspect you may be dealing with one of these issues:

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD): This disorder involves abnormal brain chemistry, affecting your ability to focus and concentrate. Although usually encountered in children, ADHD can affect adults as well.
  • Thyroid Problems: Although difficult to diagnose, feeling restless and anxious, being unable to concentrate, and having a poor memory could all indicate thyroid trouble.
  • Diabetes: Your brain requires a constant flow of glucose for energy, which it receives from your blood. If your blood sugar levels are elevated or crashing, you’ll be left feeling tired and unable to focus.
  • Depression: When you’re depressed, it can be nearly impossible to think clearly, or to find the energy and motivation to concentrate.

So what can you do to regain sharp focus and concentration? If you have a medical condition, you owe it to yourself to seek professional help. And for the rest of you, try these helpful tips!

  1. Get more sleep. Either get to bed earlier or take a mid-afternoon power nap, and you’ll dissipate that brain fog.
  2. Banish boredom. Research shows that concentration drops after 20 to 30 minutes, so take frequent breaks, making sure to get out of your chair to keep blood flowing to your brain. Bribe yourself with a reward once you finish your task. Treating yourself will feel extra good because you’ll also have the feeling of accomplishment that comes from a job well done.
  3. Get organized. Make sure that you have everything you need to complete the task at hand. If you’re poorly prepared, the extra time and effort needed to get the job done will make you lose focus more easily. Don’t distract yourself by trying to work with the television or radio on, or with your computer’s instant messaging program running.
  4. Write it down. If you can’t get unfinished tasks out of your head, write them down so you’re free to stop obsessing over them. Your to-do list should include an estimate of how much time it will take for each item. That will really help you to prioritize your day.
  5. Fight through frustration to help manage stress. In the same way that champion athletes can get their second wind, you can fight through mental frustration to find renewed focus. From now on, if you’re in the middle of a task and tempted to give up, noted author and lecturer Sam Horn recommends that you just do five more. Read five more pages. Finish five more math problems. Work five more minutes.
  6. Don’t procrastinate. As R.D. Clyde said, “It’s amazing how long it takes to complete something we’re not working on.” Delaying a task will only make it occupy more of your mind and time.
  7. Drink 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi™ every day.

GoChi – Clinical study participants report experiencing improved focus and concentration.
For countless generations, the people of Asia have used the goji berry daily in their quest for sharp mental focus and intense concentration. No goji product is more potent than FreeLife’s GoChi, and now its wide-ranging benefits have been clinically demonstrated in three clinical studies. In a recent, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial, test subjects drinking a daily serving of just 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi reported experiencing significant improvement in focus and mental acuity, as well as reduced feelings of stress and better sleep quality, all in as little as 14 days! This groundbreaking clinical study has been published in the highly regarded Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (JACM), and it can also be viewed on the U.S. Government’s encyclopedic PubMed website at www.pubmed.gov. Cant Sleep Better Sleep Aids Study- Awake Goji GoChi Juice

Wednesday, August 27th, 2008

Are you a morning person, or a night owl? If you’re one of those who can spring out of bed each morning feeling ready to conquer the world, then we’ll excuse you from reading this article. But please read on if you or someone you know could use a little help in shaking that morning grogginess and feeling more alert, alive, and productive.

The most common reason for difficulty in awakening is simply not getting enough good quality sleep. Most adults require 6 to 8 hours, and adolescents and teens can need up to 10 hours per night, although it’s not easy to convince a teenager that sleeping is more important than late-night computer gaming or text messaging with friends!

If you’re having difficulty awakening in the morning, there can be consequences. Feeling rushed in the morning increases your body’s production of stress hormones. Abnormal overproduction of stress hormones is thought to be the cause of many diseases, including obesity, heart disease, and high blood pressure.

Hurried late risers tend to skip breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Without proper nutrition to fuel your brain and body, your productivity at work or at school will suffer. And you may be surprised to learn that morning “brain fog” is one of the leading causes of automobile accidents.

If you have trouble awakening, you can even injure your back. While you sleep, your spinal discs fill with fluid, and that’s why you’re actually taller when you first wake up. But your back is also unstable until you have been awake and moving enough to squeeze out the excess fluid. If you’re rushing in the morning, you run a much greater risk of hurting your back.

Lastly, you can hurt your relationships. Nobody likes a grouch, and if you’re unpleasant in the morning, you’ll be avoided by friends, co-workers, and loved ones.

There is a chance that your difficulty in awakening might have a medical cause, so you’ll want to speak with your doctor if you suffer from one of the following, which are more prevalent than you might think:

Sleep apnea.
This is a treatable disorder in which breathing is disrupted during sleep. Symptoms of sleep apnea include snoring, waking up with a headache, and waking up during the night.

Depression. Some individuals, particularly children and adolescents, deal with depression by sleeping a lot more than they actually need to.

Periodic Limb Movements. These are movements of the arms and legs during sleep, and the effect can be like getting a tiring workout instead of a good night’s rest.

If your problem is not medical in origin, there are some helpful tips that can make your mornings a lot easier:

  1. Adopt a regular sleep schedule. If you develop the habit of going to bed at the same reasonable time every night, you’ll find it much easier to awaken on schedule, too.
  2. Use a dawn simulator. This is a special alarm clock that uses a gradually brightening light instead of a nerve-jangling buzzer. The increasing intensity of light simulates the rising sun, triggering the release of brain chemicals to awaken you gently and naturally.
  3. Don’t eat late at night. Eating before bedtime is guaranteed to make you sleep poorly. Your body needs to be resting, not digesting.
  4. Sleep under comfortable conditions. You spend one-third of your life in bed, so make sure that your sleeping environment is ideal. Trade in that creaky mattress and lumpy pillow, and make sure that your bedroom is cool, dark, and noise-free.
  5. Banish the brain fog. In Asia, millions of people engage in daily morning meditation or tai chi. This helps their brains to focus, and gets them ready for their busy day, so it would be wise to do what the Asians do!
  6. Drink 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi every day. The goji berry is another ancient Asian health secret, and GoChi is the best goji product on earth!

GoChi – Clinical study participants report easier awakening.

For countless generations, the goji berry has been helping the people of Asia to find healthful, restful sleep and an easier morning awakening. No goji product is more potent than FreeLife’s GoChi, and now its wide-ranging benefits have been clinically demonstrated in three clinical studies. In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial, participants drinking a daily serving of just 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi reported experiencing significant improvement in sleep quality and ease of awakening in as little as 14 days! This groundbreaking clinical study has been published in the highly regarded Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (JACM), and it can also be viewed on the U.S. Government’s encyclopedic PubMed website at www.pubmed.gov.The acceptance of our study by the independent experts of a peer-reviewed publication such as JACM represents a first for a functional juice beverage in the Direct Selling industry, and it demonstrates FreeLife’s ongoing commitment to supporting its claims with solid scientific research.Wake up to a wonderful world, with GoChi!

Constipation Irregularity Regularity Info Plus GoChi Goji Juice

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

Note If you’re reading this because you saw a complaint concerning GoChi or TAIslim I would be more than happy to discuss this with you. You can contact me at goji-juice (at) mindspring.com
or my email address is on the website at http://www.health-goji-juice.com I will make a couple quick points here however, the people largely behind the complaint are marketing a competing product. They are competitors (not exactly unbiased), also none of the complaints have anything to so with whether the product has health benefits or not. They center around complaints like the Spectral Signature used on Freelife’s bottles is not an accurate spectral signature representation of the goji berry (duh of course it isn’t that’s like the formula for Coca Cola. Just like Coke, Freelife isn’t going to publish the real signature).

At the heart of each official complaint I’ve read is that Freelife or a distributor claimed something about the product, however never in there any official complaint that the product doesn’t work. They can’t prove the product doesn’t work so they pick at words spoken or written which have nothing to do with if the product is effective or not. I believe (my opinion only) this is because the GoChi and TAIslim products work so well (they’re simply better products) and they want to learn how Freelife makes their products so they can copy them. The Freelife Himalayan Goji Juice was in development for about 8 years before being released. You have to ask this question, why would a company spend this amount of time to produce an inferior product? Normally you spend this length of time in development of a product to get it right, to find the little known things that make it superior.
I’ve been marketing nutritional products for 15 years now and to be totally honest, I’ve heard from customers claim the GoChi or TAISlim didn’t work for them, however, I’ve seen it work for too many other people and myself to know that the products work. TAISlim is the best most effective weight loss product I’ve ever personally taken. And until Jule of the Orient came out GoChi was the best nutritional health product I’ve ever personally used or marketed.

In our Health Watch articles, we have focused on many of today’s most frequently discussed health topics. In this issue, we would like to explore another area that is of equal importance, even though it’s not something that’s likely to come up during dinner conversation or around the office water cooler. Today’s topic is constipation, and although it may sound like the stuff of jokes, bowel irregularity is anything but funny for those who suffer from it.

You may be surprised to know that governments keep constipation statistics, but they do, and perhaps that is because it’s one of the most common gastrointestinal complaints worldwide. In North America, more than 4 million Americans and a half-million Canadians have frequent constipation, accounting for 3 million physician visits a year.

Some people think they are constipated if they do not have a bowel movement every day. However, normal stool elimination may be three times a day or three times a week, depending on the person. But if your frequency is less than this – or if you’re experiencing painful or difficult elimination – then you may indeed have a problem.

To understand constipation, it helps to know how the colon, or large intestine, works. As food moves through the colon, the colon absorbs water from the food while it forms waste products, or stool. Constipation occurs when the colon absorbs too much water or if the colon’s muscle contractions are too slow or sluggish. Common causes of constipation include:

  • Not enough fiber in the diet
  • Lack of physical activity
  • Medications, including pain relievers, antacids, and some iron supplements
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Changes in life or routine such as pregnancy, aging, and travel
  • Abuse of laxatives
  • Ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement
  • Insufficient water or fluid intake

How can you help yourself to become more regular? The experts at the U.S. National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse recommend that you follow these simple tips to help relieve symptoms and to prevent the recurrence of constipation:

  • Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet that includes beans, bran, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Most North Americans eat less than half of the 20–35 grams of fiber recommended by government authorities, so there’s plenty of room for improvement!
  • Drink plenty of liquids. Water and other liquids add fluid to the colon and bulk to stools, making bowel movements softer and easier to pass.
  • Exercise regularly. If you get your body moving, your bowels will follow!
  • Set aside time after breakfast or dinner for undisturbed visits to the toilet.
  • Do not ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. If you do, your body will simply stop sending the message.
  • Understand that normal bowel habits vary. Don’t stress out over temporary changes.
  • Whenever a significant or prolonged change in bowel habits occurs, check with a doctor.

To these great tips, we’d like to add our own scientifically supported recommendation:

Drink 4 oz. (120 ml) of GoChi™ every day!

Lack Energy Feel Sluggish? GoChi Goji Juice Energy Drink.

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

Can you imagine what you could do with a little more energy? Perhaps you could get a little more work done, spend some more time playing with your kids, power your way through a workout at the gym, or perhaps just do something fun. Sounds appealing, doesn’t it? Well, the sad fact is that although many of us may have the best intentions, we simply run out of gas.

A lack of energy can have many causes. The U.S. National Institutes of Health tell us that these can include anemia, depression, sleep disorders, bad nutrition habits, diabetes, or a sedentary lifestyle. Certain medications may also cause a lack of energy, including antihistamines for allergies, blood pressure medicines, sleeping pills, prednisone, and diuretics.

Low energy can affect you in some important ways that you may not have considered. It can rob you of focus, and that can often lead to mental lapses and bad decision-making. Your work may suffer, too, as low energy steals the momentum you need to meet deadlines, arrive on time for meetings, and reach project milestones. The most successful people in business are those who can recognize an opportunity and have the ability to quickly seize it. With insufficient energy, the parade could pass you by, and you might not even know it!

Here are some great lifestyle tips that can help you to fill up your energy tank and improve your productivity:

  1. Get more exercise. If you’re feeling tired, you might be surprised to learn that a walk may be better than a nap for boosting your energy levels. Any kind of physical activity will help to burn fat and increase your metabolism, and exercise will also improve your mood, helping you to feel more energized. In an important recent University of Georgia study, researchers found that sedentary people can increase their energy levels by 20 percent and reduce fatigue by an amazing 65 percent just by doing regular low-impact exercise. In another study, the same researchers found that the energy benefit from exercise was even greater than the improvement from using prescription stimulant drugs!
  2. Take control of your health issues. Be sure to see your doctor if you have high blood pressure, thyroid problems, diabetes, or other energy-depleting medical conditions.
  3. Sleep under comfortable conditions. Good quality sleep is essential for maintaining your energy reserves. Make sure that your bedroom is quiet, dark, and at a cool temperature that will promote healthful, deep sleep. Also, it may be time to replace that creaky mattress and lumpy pillow. Your energy levels will thank you!
  4. Drink 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi every day!

GoChi™ – Participants in groundbreaking clinical study report experiencing significantly increased energy levels in just 14 days!
In a recent human clinical trial featured in the peer-reviewed Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (JACM), participants drinking a daily serving of just 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi reported experiencing significantly increased energy levels and reduced fatigue in as little as 14 days! Researchers also noted that the GoChi drinkers reported improvements in sleep quality and an easier ability to awaken in the morning. Increased Happiness Be Happy With GoChi Goji Juice

Thursday, July 31st, 2008

If you’re like most people, you are actively seeking more happiness in your life. But you may be looking in the wrong places, and that may not be your fault. Turn on your TV, read a magazine, or log on to the Internet, and you’re assaulted by a never-ending bombardment of advertising pitches. They’ll try to convince you that happiness can be yours for the price of a new car, an expensive watch, or a trendy cell phone, but the sad truth is that the pleasure of a new acquisition fades quickly and will do nothing to increase your happiness quotient.

Can wealth make you happier? You’ve often heard that money can’t buy happiness, but few of us actually believe it. And yet, research has shown that once your basic needs are met, additional income does little to raise your sense of satisfaction with life. Additional income can raise your future happiness index, however, by helping you to secure your retirement goals or your children’s education.

Some people believe that youth is the key to happiness, but the fact is that older people are more consistently satisfied with their lives than the young, and they’re less prone to dark moods, too. Perhaps you’re thinking that a move to warmer, sunnier weather might make you happier? Well, think again! Tropical islands and the romantic French Riviera may be happy places to visit, but a recent study at England’s University of Leicester has shown that the world’s happiest people are the Danes, even though the climate can be unrelentingly cloudy, cold, and damp.

The good news is that you don’t have to move to Copenhagen to be happy. You can increase your happiness quotient over the long term by adopting healthy lifestyle habits such as getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and making time for friends and family.

But what if you’re feeling blue right now? Here are some strategies that can help you to lift your spirits immediately (excerpted from Gretchen Rubin’s enlightening blog, The Happiness Project). Try to check off as many of the following items as possible, and you’ll really see a difference in your mood!

  1. Boost your energy. Stand up and pace while you talk on the phone or, better still, take a brisk ten-minute walk outdoors. Research shows that the activity and sunlight are good for your focus, your mood, and the retention of information.
  2. Reach out to friends. Having warm, close bonds with other people is one of the keys to happiness, so take the time to stay in touch.
  3. Rid yourself of a nagging task. Crossing an irksome chore off your to-do list will give you a big rush of energy and cheer, and you’ll be surprised that you procrastinated for so long.
  4. Create a calmer environment. Clear some physical and mental space around your desk by sorting papers, pitching junk, or even just making your piles neater. A large stack of little tasks can feel overwhelming, but often just a few minutes of work can make a sizeable dent.
  5. Lay the groundwork for some future fun. Order a novel you’ve been wanting to read, or plan a weekend activity that brings you pleasure. Try to involve friends or family, as well; people enjoy almost all activities more when they’re with other people than when they’re alone.
  6. Do a good deed. Introduce two people who could help each other, or shoot someone an email with some useful information or gratifying praise. If you do good, you’ll feel good—this really works.
  7. Act happy. Put a smile on your face right now, even if you’re faking it. Research shows that even an artificially induced smile has a positive influence on your emotions. And if you’re smiling, other people will perceive you as being friendlier and more approachable.
  8. Listen to your favorite music. Studies show that listening to music is one of the most effective ways to boost your energy and mood (second only to exercise). In fact, in one study, 92% of people felt happier when they listened to music they liked. For an added boost, dance around the room, too.
  9. Drink 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi every day!

GoChi™ – Participants in groundbreaking clinical study report experiencing increased feelings of happiness in just 14 days!

In a recent human clinical trial featured in the peer-reviewed Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (JACM), participants drinking a daily serving of just 4 ounces (120 ml) of GoChi reported experiencing significantly increased feelings of happiness and contentment in as little as 14 days!

Don’t worry. Be happy. Drink GoChi!
