Burning off belly fat is a two step process, and while fat around the stomach may be what we often call a “stubborn area”, it is not as hard to lose as some may think. While you’re building up that lean muscle tissue, you’re increasing your body’s energy consumption all throughout the day, so you can wave good bye to that stubborn body fat!

Everyone knows that eating fattening, unhealthy foods is the number one culprit in gaining weight, especially belly fat. Unfortunately though, when it comes to dieting, we are usually exposed to harmful “fad” diets. – Extreme changes to our lifestyles and eating habits that take an incredible amount of self-discipline and effort.
